Noëlle Molton

Noëlle joined CGA as a Fellow in 2018 and currently works to support numerous projects from the United Kingdom where she assists the team in writing reports, bids and proposals. She has been particularly involved in supporting the CGA Lesotho team who carried out a country-wide public servant census in 2018/2019, liaising with field teams and collecting and analysing data before helping to write key reports for the World Bank and the Government of the Kingdom of Lesotho.

She has several years’ experience working in crisis relief and prior to joining CGA, Noëlle helped establish and manage a small charity working to support over 10,000 refugees in Northern France, providing recycled fuel to facilitate independence and promote community.

She has a Bachelor’s in Liberal Arts from the University of Strasbourg and is working to complete her MSt in International Relations at the University of Cambridge.
