Naumba Pheab Enosa Peni

Pheab has been with us since 2016 working as a trainer and researcher. She recently provided support to the Girls’ Education South Sudan programme, for which she conducted field research across the country and worked closely with partners, community members, and representatives from the Ministry of General Education and Instruction. Pheab is an experienced trainer of community members and education staff and provided key teaching to build their capacity in GESS practices and child protection principles for this project. She also led 12 GESS Longitudinal Qualitative Survey interviews across the Equatorias with teachers on programme impact and monitored the delivery of 100+ CTs for girls in school in former CES.

Pheab currently provides field research and data entry support for EU IMPACT, in addition to training State Anchors and MoGEI officials on using HRIS in former WES, CES, and Akobo. She has conducted Applied English Language and Mathematics Assessments (AELMA) for teachers across the Equatorias and is the team leader for teacher enrolment on the Human Resource Information System (HRIS) for former Central Equatoria state.

Past roles include working as a Child Protection Trainer for the Young Christian Women Association as well as Secretary to the Bishop at Nzara Cathedral, Gbudwe State.

Pheab has a Diploma in Accounts and Finance from the Institute of Advanced Leadership in Uganda.
