Grace Oforiokuma

Grace is CGA’s Chief Financial Officer. She is a commercially focused CFO/FD with numerous years of experience, many within the education and health sectors. UK based, Grace has also worked in the USA, South America and West Africa. 

Her relevant experience includes the support of business development bids, grants and acquisitions, and later as Financial Controller, at the Education Development Trust (previously CfBT Education Trust) a non-profit organisation providing education services in the UK and internationally.  

Grace later worked as CFO at the multi-specialist Reddington Hospital Group, a private group of hospitals and clinics in Nigeria, providing strategic financial management of primary through tertiary healthcare services. 

She subsequently returned to the UK and worked as Director of Finance/ CFO and Co.Sec for the Griffin Schools Trust, a Multi-Academy Trust with twelve schools, delivering education services to over 9,000 pupils from nursery to sixth form.  

Prior to working with CGA, Grace provided leadership across Finance, HR, IT and Legal as the Finance & Corporate Resources Director/ Co.Sec for Mytime Active, a leisure, health & wellbeing organisation with over forty sites across the UK. She initially joined CGA in October 2019 as a consultant, later joining the team as a permanent member of staff mid-2020.

A qualified CIMA accountant with an MBA (Henley) and MSc in Accounting & Finance (Northampton), she is also a qualified Company Secretary with the Chartered Governance Institute. In addition, she holds an advanced certificate in health governance and a certificate in business valuations.
