Alex Bradbury

Alex joined CGA as a Developer in 2018 and has already made significant contributions to the design and implementation of several public administration-strengthening systems. In South Sudan, he is currently working as the principal designer on the PLAN Card project, building an offline mobile payment system for use in refugee camps (www.plancard.org). This project started with a successful 400-user pilot and is now being scaled to a further 23,000 beneficiaries.

Alex is also working in Malawi, supporting the Government in strengthening its education sector, conducting Android development for the GPE project, working with Malawi’s Ministry of Education to provide a school management and monitoring system for 1000 schools in remote and deprived areas.

Prior to joining CGA, Alex worked as a Director with Marmot Movies creating video and photo content for holiday makers and businesses before moving to DGTL Concepts, working as the creative director on a £15k commercial project.

Alex has a BSc. Hons in Computer Science with Artificial Intelligence from the University of Nottingham.
