Josh is a project management specialist with an IT problem. He has held a variety of positions during his career, including working as a management consultant for the US government’s Federal Emergency Management Agency in Washington DC, a natural resource management specialist working on reforestation and beekeeping in The Gambia, and the South Sudan NGO Forum’s Information Manager. Most recently he served as Regional Director for Integrity Research & Consultancy.
Josh joined CGA in November 2015 after completing an intensive web development course in London. During the course Josh focused on cutting edge technologies for front and backend development. Having worked with CGA previously on Girls’ Education South Sudan as a consultant, Josh is excited to apply his technical skills to CGA’s work.
Josh has worked in South Sudan, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Somalia, Somaliland, Senegal, and The Gambia. He holds an MS from Carnegie Mellon University’s Heinz College of Public Policy and Management, and a BA in History from the University of Pittsburgh.
